From a user: It seems that the java software doesn't accept a more than 10 letters login ! My login is 11 letters longs and this pose no problems with the Joey website, but bad luck this doesn't work with the java software !
This was a limitation in the login view. We only allowed 10 characters maximal in each textfield. We allow now up to 50 characters. That should be more then enough for username and password.
