Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007081603 Minefield/3.0a8pre ID:2007081603 Download a file, and then delete the file from your HD. If you then right click on the file, the Open menu item is greyed out. But the Open icon looks the same, as if you can click it and it will do something. If the file is no longer at the location it was downloaded to, then the Open icon should be greyed out or removed or something.
