39252 - Sig inserted in quote

Description

Reproduce:
1. Create a file "~/.signature" (or "c:/sig.txt") with the content
"<http://www.mozilla.org>".
2. Use it as signature file in an identity.
3. Reply to a msg using this identity and the HTML composer.

Actual result:
"--\n<signature>\n" (dash dash newline sig newline) is inserted in the quote
before the last line.

Expected result:
"--\n<signature" is inserted at the very end of the msg, i.e. after the quote
and one empty line, where the caret sits.

Additional Comments:
I've watched other weird misplacements of content/elements. This might be an
NGLayout bug.
