If user opens a calendar file which is already open, Sunbird goes weird.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> Open -> Choose an ICS file
2. File -> Open -> Choose the same ICS file
Actual Results:  
A new calendar shows up in the list, but it has no name

Expected Results:  
Sunbird should ignore my action or alert me that I attempted to commit a fruitless act.

This works for me, both calendars are created with a name. I admit, the second time no calendar should be created. I have attached a patch to bug 379204, which instead of adding a second calendar, selects the already opened calendar.
