1. put this downloads.sqlite in the profile folder 2. when you run Firefox and open the Downloads window, the two in-progress downloads (community-empowerment-something.mov) are not displayed. (Let alone redownloaded.) 3. when you start downloading another file (I used the URL mentioned in bug 392793), those two downloads suddenly appear in the UI, along with the new download. 4. Trying to remove them leads to an exception (NS_ERROR_FAILURE from nsDownloadManager::CancelDownload), the downloads can't be removed.
