Tools - Options - Lightning points to the tab where users can modify Calendar settings. Thus the tab should be called Calendar instead of Lightning.
I think that some of these options should just be on the tool bar so they are easily accessed. For example - Categories

I used a new label name for the translators and also to give a more descriptive name.
