spun off of bug #392386, where mano writes: "I would prefer a fix in the import-code level."
note, now that bug #392386 is fixed, you won't see these items in the download manager UI, but they are still there.
stephend, can you attached the downloads.rdf file that you used to find bug #392386?

Can we wontfix this bug ?
I doubt that there are still many cases that we import the old rdf files.
