I see this on linux comm bits (2000051508)

Install and launch the browser
Click on the LOCK icon at the bottom right corner of the browser window.
Observe that the PSM window that opens up shows a message "Not Implemented, the 
requested feature has not been implemented or is not functioning properly".

John, should this be a blocker? Thnx.
This is a regression, and is also duplicated on Win32.

39281 block me testings/fixing this bug.

Terry and I believe that this is a problem with how the client now handles 401 
errors.  Gagan recently changed how this is handled.  Need to talk with him.
