Clicking on the Web Banking link (left side of page) should take browser to login page. Opening page reloads instead.

Site works properly when using Firefox on MS Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.allegacyfcu.org
2.Click Web Banking link (left side of page in Online Services table)
3.
Actual Results:  
Opening page is reloaded

Expected Results:  
Login page is loaded

Site works properly in Firefox on Ms Windows
The site wants a referer header. 
The website uses cookies, do you have session cookies enabled?
Install LiveHTTPHeaders if you want to see what is going on.

The referrer header was the problem. Thanks for the help.
