User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007082004 Minefield/3.0a8pre
Build Identifier: Thunderbird 3.0a1pre (2007082003)

On Start Thunderbird hung at the empty extension manager, no key/button will work. This appears since build 20070814. The automated Updatecheck for addons is enabled and it found updates for my (non displayed) addons.

This could be bug 391820 or bug 391886, both of which are fixed now. Is this still a problem?

Bug 391886 isn't fixed for Linux, which would be bug 392822, though with those rather imprecise steps to reproduce I don't know just what's being reported here.
Are there any particular addons that you have installed?
There isn't enough information to go on here. Please reopen if you can provide more information.
