What are you using to input the data?  A terminal?  A web browser?  If the latter, which one?  If Firefox, which version?  There's no version number here, and anyway, this has nothing to do with the Download Manager (since you're _uploading_ data).

Please answer the above questions so we figure this out (if, indeed, you intended to file against Firefox).
