We need release notes for this release, just mentioning the security fixes plus bug 348282, bug 289627, bug 274408, and bug 257351. (Thanks to LpSolit for that list!)

I looked at all the listed bugs, and I decided that two of them aren't significant enough to note.

Whoever gets to this first is fine with me. (That is, I don't actually need two reviews.)

Note that even b.m.o, which is running MySQL, was affected by this bug because one of the user changed his email address and broke the query, and all subsequent queries were skipped. It worths to be mentioned, IMO.
