Details

The list that gets generated for the "Mail to everyone on this page" link
has the despot username of the form 
"user%usersdomain.com@bugzillahostingdomain.com, etc..."
when it should be
"user@usersdomain.com, anotheruser@anotherusersdomain.com, etc.."
patch from timeless@bemail.org applied to cvsquery.cgi and checked in.
