r=LpSolit but I have some doubts about this empty line between 2.22.1 and 2.22.2, same for the 2.20 branch. If the goal is to reflect when releases have been made available, then 2.22.2 → 2.22.3 and 2.20.4 → 2.20.5 should be aligned with 3.0 → 3.0.1, not with 2.23.4 → 3.0rc1 as 3.0 RC1 has already been released long ago.

Oh, I see what you mean.

No, the lines reflect when the *first* item was released, not the second. (That is, the thing on the left-hand-side of the arrow.)
