Details

Observed on 2000-05-13-20-M16 comm build: Steps of reproduce: 1. Login your mail and Launch Mail compose Window. 2. Input Ja characters or . 3. Select View->Character coding->Multibyte->Japanese (or UTF-8 for latin 1 ) and Send the message. 4. Click GetMsg button 5. Select File -> save the message as .txt file 6. Open the file saved Actual Result: Body of the saved Ja (or Latin 1) .txt display question marks and Header dosen't display at all. Expected result:Both header and body display Ja (or Latin 1)characters correctly.
Step 2 should be:Input Ja characters or ( UTF-8 for latin 1 separately).
Reassign to rhp, looks like a dup of 23418.
