Rather than tracking paths for downloads, we should track FSRefs, so that files moved from their original location but still on disk are still revealable/openable/deleteable. We could also consider removing the kqueueing if we did that, and just test them all periodically (whenever Camino and/or the download window are activated, whenever changing the selected download, etc.) since testing FSRef existence is quite cheap.
If I'm reading http://developer.apple.com/mac/library/releasenotes/MacOSX/WhatsNewInOSX/Articles/MacOSX10_6.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40008898-SW10 right, there are ways to do this without FSRefs on 10.6.
