scroll bar hides ellipsis from long urls in home page preference autocomplete results

steps to reproduce:

1)  open preferences
2)  go to the home page pref, as you type a url we will autocomplete, like we do with the url bar
3)  note, the title column is hidden
4)  if you match to a long url, the ellipsis is hidden by the scroll bar

I'll attach as creen shot.

see bug #387718 for a sort of hacky way to fix this, which would be add an blank column as wide as the scrollbar, so that the url column would be completely visible.

perhaps there is a better way?
