Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Bookmark a website with a favicon. 2. Change the website's favicon 3. Reload the website and note the new favicon in the address bar, but not in the bookmarks or bookmark toolbar. Actual Results: You are stuck with the first favicon received from a website. Expected Results: If the address bar picks up a new favicon, the bookmarks should be updated.
