Every time I look at nsWindow code I stumble over stuff that has been there, commented out, for years now but is annotated with "OS2TODO" and other markers. I think it's time to remove at least some of it. Mozilla has worked without them for quite a while.
Unless mkaply sees a reason to leave this stuff in...
