The "Enable Java" checkbox is not updated when disabling Java via the new Plugin-interface

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
(0. Enable java)
1. Disable Java via Tools->Addons->Plugins
2. Open Tools->Options->Content
3. See the checked "Enable Java" checkbox 
Actual Results:  
The checkbox is still checked. Changing the status of the "Enable Java" checkbox has no longer any effect on the actual disabling of Java.

Expected Results:  
The checkbox should reflect the actual (disabled) status of Java
