I deleted a component (actually, I've deleted a dozen recently), and each time, i got:
 No bugs existed for the component. 

this is wrong. IT's true that when I deleted the component, there were none, but it is not true that there were none for the component.
Not a valid bug anymore against trunk, so such error message is present now.
