when importing from opera, we merge into the toolbar

note, when I import from IE, I get a "From Internet Explorer" folder.

perhaps this is expected behaviour?

also, I think we're not importing all the bookmarks from opera.  I'll investigate and log a spin off bug on that if so.
zoinks!  the imported bookmarks are there, if I look in places.sqlite.


We have a "From Opera" folder, with the bookmarks that I'm missing, but the "From Opera" folder's parent id is 6971027904787691060, aka, what-the-heck?
