I see this on today's linux build (2000051608)
Open the cnn panel in sidebar. (so that you see the scrollbar)
Now, holding the grippy, move it slowly to the left so as to close the sidebar.
As the sidebar reaches a width of about 1 inch from the left border, notice that
the grippy proceeds beyond the scrollbar and the scrollbar stays put. Stopping
beyond this point shuts the sidebar by itself.

This was a dup of a bug I gave ben. I forget the number now.
