Next to each address in the outgoing list is a little icon that looks like an ID card. This icon should be different depending on whether the person is a To:, a Cc:, etc. to encourage using the correct fields. The Newsgroup: and so on would also probably benefit from this.

For me is less important, because in compose window "To:", "CC:" and "Bcc:" have good emphasis : more icons for someone can be rather disturbing... but ask about this to drivers for right answer.
