no information icon in download window.  found while attempting to do

other users in the chat room on test day did have the icon but it didn't do anything when they clicked it.  I was running a clean install of Firefox and had removed my profile from the system before starting the litmus.

any errors in the error console?  I don't even know how we couldn't have a button - it not working could be explained by a warning/error in the console.

That screenshot is from the old download manager.  We're testing against the trunk version, available from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk
