Details

<backstory>
I was visiting Google Video, when I tried to view a video I was confronted with a big white space where the video should have been. It took me a while to figure out this was because I had earlier disabled the Flash plugin, however, there was no indication that a plugin wasn't being displayed.
</backstory>

It would be great if there were a placeholder like there is for images where a plug-in has been disabled.

Steps to Reproduce
------------------
1. Disable the Flash Plugin
2. Visit Google Video a few days later

Actual Result
--------------
Beffudlement (Big white space where the video should be)

Expected Result
---------------
Indication that disabled plugins were on the page.
Related to the notification about blocklisted plugins I think
