Updating to 2.0.0.6 does not work on my PC
I am getting an error message stating:
One or more files could not be updated
Please make sure all other applications are closed and you have the permission to modify files, and then restart Thunderbird to try again  

And I am getting this message over and over as Thunderbird is trying to update to 2.0.0.6 but this fails at each and every attempt 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Update to 2.0.0.6
2. Restart Thunderbird
3. Update starts then stops with the error message
Actual Results:  
Whatever I do I am getting the same error message that is Software Update Failed

Make sure any logitech cam etc. are also not running...
