User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070310 Iceweasel/2.0.0.3 (Debian-2.0.0.3-1) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070310 Iceweasel/2.0.0.3 (Debian-2.0.0.3-1) If you have an element with its own block formatting context, eg. {overflow: !visible;}, you cannot select text or images within that block and drag the mouse to select anything outside that block. If you begin by selecting something outside the block, you can drag into it, but not leave. You may select from within the block, then use [shift] click to select/add all intervening content, and vice versa. Using [ctl] a will select all content. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create an element with its own block formatting context within the document. 2.With the mouse cursor withing the block, click and drag to select. 3.Selection will end at block's edge. Actual Results: As described in "detail" section, above. Expected Results: Selection should continue in source order without regard to formatting context. IE, Opera and Konqueror act as expected.
