Actual Results: When I freeze I have to hit Control Alt Delete ..Then I hit end program ..then it says send message to find out cause..Says it is Firefox Expected Results: I have to reboot I should be able to switch from one person to another or one game to another without freezing.
These games use flash or java?
Version: unspecified → 2.0 Branch
Flash ..I had to download flash when I started playing on Yahoo Games
what flash version? (can you see in about:plugins), latest should be 9.0 r47 so try upgrading if you have an older one
Macromedia Flash 7 also..Java
It says I already have flash9.0r47 ..and if I click " yes I want to replace it "it says I have to stop running firefox..What's that all about and how do I do that? It's been a while since I downloaded flash..so don't know if they are correct in saying I have that version...
you should download the installer (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe) close Firefox (check in the task manager that there is no firefox.exe process running) and launch the installer, complete it, then restart firefox, go to about:plugins and check if Flash version is correctly reported as 9.0 r47

If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME http://www.mozilla.com http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+mode
