When I get on literati ( a yahoo game) or yahoo graffiti..the computer freezes if I switch to another person or table..It is fine if I never switch but sometimes I get booted off and then it freezes..When I report it , it says it was caused by Firefox ...This has been going on for months..Please try to fix .Thanks
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to yahoo games
2.choose literati
3.start playing but I want to switch to another player and then it freezes.
Actual Results:
When I freeze I have to hit Control Alt Delete ..Then I hit end program ..then it says send message to find out cause..Says it is Firefox
Expected Results:
I have to reboot
I should be able to switch from one person to another or one game to another without freezing.
Flash ..I had to download flash when I started playing on Yahoo Games

what flash version? (can you see in about:plugins), latest should be 9.0 r47 so try upgrading if you have an older one

You need to update to flash 9.0r47
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
It says I already have flash9.0r47 ..and if I click " yes I want to replace it "it says I have to stop running firefox..What's that all about and how do I do that? It's been a while since I downloaded flash..so don't know if they are correct in saying I have that version...

you should download the installer (http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe)
close Firefox (check in the task manager that there is no firefox.exe process running) and launch the installer, complete it, then restart firefox, go to about:plugins and check if Flash version is correctly reported as 9.0 r47

I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile.
