394917 - Add RSS feeds for pages that need review

Description

Users should be able to subscribe to feeds for pages that need review.  I don't think these need to be behind authentication as long as they only hold links to what changed.  I'm open to input of course. :)

can be accomplished as described here:

just need to modify mozilla.profile (enable Views RSS module on install)
and modify .view files (enable RSS argument on view install)

Note there are some bugs associated with this.  Specifically, any drupal messages set by viewing a node will be set by viewing the RSS Feed, causing those set messages to be displayed on the next kubla page refresh

Kubla is no longer useful in the new moz.org world.  -> wontfix.
