Details

The editing page is overly complex. At the minimum, we should: - Remove either "Comment" or "Log Message" - Collapse the "Schedule" section - I don't think it will be used much. - Remove the "Menu settings" section - Combine "URL path settings" and "Destination" (if possible) into a section - Remove "Authoring information" - Remove "Publishing options"
Most of these are only available on the admin page. Reducing severity - we can review this later.

The admin page still has some cleanup that could be done, but the editor/publisher pages look good now, and that's what's important. (r7083)
