theme manager - theme preview- on trunk
When a theme is not compatible we should disable the preview in the Extension/Theme Manager, because its anyway not compatible and see the Screenshot for an example for a not compatible theme display in the current trunk build

I believe what you are seeing with the messed up preview is bug 387999. I'd prefer to fix the preview which did work vs. disabling the preview.
