Need to remove the "No updates were found." yellow status bar 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a few extensions and pull up Addons Manager > Extensions
2. click Find updates button, and ensure no updates are found.  A yellow status bar should appear at the top saying "No Updates are found."
3. Leave the window open, and navigate to AMO to install another supported extension
4. Verify after the extension is installed, the Addons Manager window > Installation tab, retains the "No updates are found" yellow bar at the top.

* repros on Fx 2.0.0.6 as well as minefield trunk.
Actual Results:  
The No updates bar should be removed after installing a new extension

Expected Results:  
The No updates bar remains at the top of the installation tab until navigated away.

I believe the patch in bug 353540 will fix this... marking depending

Verified fix on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007090604 Minefield/3.0a8pre.  The No updates bar is now removed on installation tab.
