Enough people seemingly coming from Firefox ask about Cmd-1 to Cmd-9 doing tabs that we should add it to the "different keyboard shortcuts" section of the migration guide.

Also, since FireTabs <http://escapedthoughts.com/camino/hacks/> now exists and provides this behavior, we should include it in the 3rd-party add-ons at the bottom of the migration guide.

We actually only list "extension equivalents" at the bottom, and refer to other third-party apps in the relevant section (e.g., CookieThief in sfri's cookies section), so I've done that here.

Also, Sam's going to kill me, but there were a number of typos, grammaros, and a missing warning about third-party add-ons, so I've fixed them here, too.

I'll file about about finishing cleanup and syncing /safari/ and /firefox/ so we make them as nice and polished as the rest of the content, but most of this needs doing now.
