395157 - On close saves wrong window size and location

Seems to recall the previous window size minus some factor.  So every time I reopen eudora the window is a little smaller (maybe 20px x 20px?).

Also, doesn't seem to remember location of window like eudora classic does.  Particular important if using UI Style of 2-pane (Mac like) because you have to rearrange your windows every time you open eudora.

Should remember size and location for all windows - mailboxes, messages, mailbox list, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Size:
1. Open Eudora
2. Close Eudora
3. Open Eudora again - the window is smaller than before

location:
1. open eudora
2. move window somewhere else within desktop
3. close eudora
4) open eudora - window in upper left
Actual Results:  
Window size is smaller than when closed and always placed in upper left

Expected Results:  
expect window size to be the same as when close and location to be same as when closed.

The same with me on windows xp/sp2
When I set the desktop link to maximize it opens maximized.
