Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the URL
2. click and hold on any multi-line link
3. check the multiple-line anchor
Actual Results:  
The multiple-line anchor text is highlighted with multiple frames surround each line of it.

Expected Results:  
The multiple-line anchor text should be highlighted with a one frame.
