These were only ever supported in xpfe apps, and suite has now dropped them too.
tborient: used in message compose, but only wraps a single box, so not useful
tbalign: default is stretch, and center breaks toolbarseparators anyway
prefixhidden: only used by Netscape 6/7's new tab button
