Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9a8pre) Gecko/2007090614 Minefield/3.0a8pre ID:2007090614

For instance, on a normal SSL secure site (gmail), Larrys says "Location Verified" and then "Information identifying the owner of this site may not have been validated".

But then Page Info > Security tells me in the Web Site Identity panel that the Web Site and the Owner has been Verified by someone-or-other.

Which seems to fly in the face of what Larry has just told me.

The page info dialog does not yet take advantage of the knowledge of whether or not a site is EV. This is tracked in bug 378660.
