Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, the xml file used to generate the api html docs file is not in the CVS, at least, it's not in the /xml directory. Could this file put in CVS so that we can catch the changes and localize the api doc?
The API doc is generated from the Bugzilla/*.pm modules.
