395510 - my broswer sometimes steps up at a port(s) without showing up on the monitor. why is it doing this?

Sometimes i will start my browser, and it will not set up on my monitor. I've checked my firewall program and firefox is at a port, sometimes two ports, but not showing up on the monitor. Why is this happening? Wait, I do notice that this happens after a streaming audio/video crash, either just after the crash or after i restart the browser with a new session I have to stop the process manually from the task manager.

1.Browser crash after audio/video streaming

This is really annoying, I've increased my cache, thinking that solve it. I'm going to uninstalling/reinstalling next, but will wait for an answer from you before i do.
