All pages on b.m.o have an html comment "...Bugzilla will have a brief outage on Wednesday, August 15th, at 8pm PDT (3am UTC Friday) to pick up some additional bugfixes..." I doubt this is necessary.
It's not necessary, but we leave it there because it's easy to uncomment it when we need it. :)
