This shouldn't happen for the obvious reasons (motion should be reserved for directing the user's attention to meaningful state changes etc. ...). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Options window 2. Go to the applications prefpane 3. Select a series of items in the richlistbox, watch the menulist in each richlistitem move around as the item is selected / deselected. Actual Results: Moves around. Expected Results: Should hold still.
