The poor <radio> widget just gets no respect. 

This morning's win32 commercial build did not include radioBindings.xml, which 
(of course) means that there were no usable <radio>s in the entire application.
I looked for a bug report on this but could not find one. :-(

Ben: is this a checkin issue, or is it a build system issue?
errh, by respect, I mean that no one (apparently) noticed ...
radioBindings.xml is in the 5/17 commercial build -- marking FIXED.
