Expected Results: the frame of the web site shouldn't be moving.
do you still see this problem when using version 3.5 or 3.6? If not, please close the bug (resolution WORKSFORME is one possibility). And if you do see the problem, please provide an update comment.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
