Some windows dpesn't contain Cancel button (which rejects all changes or, at least, safely closes window). For example (sorry, if some names are wrong, I re-translate back to English from Russian):

- Tools / Options / Additonal / Config Editor (about:config).
- Tools / Plugins / Themes.

Also, Themes window should offer Restart button, which restarts TB (after theme change) similarly, as this does auto-update.

Restart button was added permanently in bug 369075. 

As for the unnecessary Cancel buttons, we are moving away from those, see bug 183419 comment 34.

Please keep it one issue per bug.

     Then I may forward you to bug 183419 comment 34. :) In any case, if your design team decide to remove Close/Cancel buttons, then I may only regret about this decision - IMHO, this is bad idea.
