We should be able to drad & drop a file into a compose window and automatically 
add it to the attachment list.

Drag and drop is working on win32 commercial seamonkey build 2001-010821-mtrunk 
installed on P500 Win98.

On macos, you can not drag and drop.
On linux, you can drag and drop but there is a problem sending the file 
attachment. 

I will log separate bugs.
