BUILD: Current trunk Firefox

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1)  Pick a site that uses cookies (e.g. bugzilla)
2)  Load it
3)  Open Page Info
4)  Go to the "Security" tab
5)  Click the "View Cookies" button

EXPECTED RESULTS:  Shows the cookies for the site in question

ACTUAL RESULTS:  Shows full (huge, usually) cookie tree.
Summary: "View Cookies" button doesn't show the cookies for the site → "View Cookies" button shows all cookies instead of site cookies only
