the drop down menu under a bookmark bar folder of links shows up on the main display of a Mac, despite the window being on the 2nd monitor, when 2 monitors are connected. Repeatable every time. Menu shows up under the right side or left side menu bar, depending on the arrangement of the monitors.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new browser window
2. move it to the 2nd monitor
3. access a folder within the bookmarks bar
4. menu showsup on teh main display

should have dropped down right underneath the bookmark bar
