We'll need a short announcement. Unfortunately, 3.1.2 is still unstable, maybe even more unstable than 3.1.1. I wonder if we should even *release* 3.1.2, or just supply a patch for 3.1.1 users. Ah well, our standard way of doing things is to release, so let's just release.

Okay, I've sent the release announcement and security advisory to announce@, which is moderated and justdave has to approve the emails in order for them to go out. The website hasn't updated yet, but I have to leave, so I'll just let him clear the moderation queue when he's around.
They still need to be sent to support-bugzilla, and the sec. adv. has to go to BugTraq.
