The malware protection in Firefox 3.0 will ship with http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-an-attack.html as a test page. We need to have something there which says "You've been pwnt! OK, not really, but if this was really a malware page, your computer may have been attacked and possibly compromised. Fortunately Firefox 3 will provide built-in malware protection to protect you from these sorts of attacks." We can brand/fix the page later, but for now, maybe just copy a lot of the text/css/formatting from http://en.www.mozilla.com/en/firefox/its-a-trap.html ?

I think this page should be localized and thus use the http://{locale}.www.mozilla.com/{locale}/firefox/its-an-attack.html Actually http://{locale}.www.mozilla.com/{locale}/firefox/its-an-attack/ would even be better for consistency with the rest of the website structure.
